Refund & Return Policy – Milah London
At Milah London, we prioritise quality and customer satisfaction. Please review our refund and return policy carefully before placing an order.
Non-Refundable Goods
Due to hygiene reasons, hair oils, beauty products and hair accessories are non-returnable and non-refundable unless faulty, damaged or incorrect upon arrival.
Clothing & Modest Wear
For modest wear and clothing items, we currently do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect sizing
- Personal preference
However, exchanges may be offered at our discretion where items are returned in their original condition.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unworn, unused and in original condition
- Items must include original tags and packaging where applicable
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Proof of purchase is required
Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
How to Start a Return or Exchange

Include:
- Your order number
- Reason for contact
- Clear photographs if applicable (e.g. damaged or incorrect item)
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for verification purposes.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:
- Your item is faulty
- Your item arrives damaged
- You receive the incorrect item
We may request photographs to assess the issue before offering a resolution.
Refunds
Where applicable, refunds will only be issued once the returned item has been received, inspected and approved.
If approved, refunds will be sent to the original payment method used at checkout. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
