Non-Refundable Goods

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns for personal care items, such as beauty products, unless extraordinary circumstances are met (e.g., product damage or defect).
 

Eligibility for Returns

Items must be in their original condition, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items: Opened or used items, personal care products, or items returned without prior authorisation cannot be accepted.

How to Start a Return

2. Approval Required: Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

3. Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return postage. We recommend using a tracked service for verification purposes.

Damages & Issues

If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

Include clear photographs showing the issue so we can evaluate and resolve it promptly.

Refunds

Refunds are issued only after we’ve received and inspected the item and determined it meets our return eligibility.
